Most young people choose to use one of the following:
- Condoms
- Combined pill
- Progestogen-only pill
- Contraceptive injections
Information and advice on contraception is available from:
- Your own GP or another GP surgery if you would prefer, whoever you choose to see this service is free and confidential.
- Local Family Planning Clinics (it is better to make an appointment if possible)
